This program includes education and recommendations on Diet & Nutrition, Healthy Eating Habits, Daily Routines, and many other modalities such as Meditation, Mantra / Sound Therapy, Color Therapy, Aroma Therapy, … and much more.

These month-to-month memberships are full of benefits such as discounted office visits, body therapies, classes, and much more!

Each of Green Door Holistics’ Membership Programs is designed to help educate and slowly transition the client to live a more sattvic (pure, wholesome, virtuous) life. This is done by helping the client implement various Ayurvedic techniques in accordance with the client's own, unique constitution (prakruti) and addressing potential imbalances (vikruti).  You can expect recommendations to include such topics as:

  • Diet & Nutrition
Wouldn't it be great to not count calories, fat, carbs, etc.? Diet & Nutrition recommendations are given to help the client understand their unique makeup so that their food choices are right for them (no one else). Learn what foods are best for your constitution, and which ones to stay away from. Recipes, tailored just for you, will be given to try. Remember: Food is medicine!

  • Herbal Therapies (Clinical Membership only)
Bespoke herbal formulas are created with your unique vikruti / prakruti in mind. These might include powders (churnas), capsules, herb infused oils, tinctures, and salves that address your ailment, disease, or condition.

  • Healthy Eating Habits
When digestion is strong, it isn't so much what you eat, but how you eat it! Learn healthy eating habits to incorporate at mealtime to help improve digestion and the assimilation of nutrients.

  • Dinacharya (Daily Routines)
Keeping the sensory organs healthy is vital. We bring in energies via all five senses (taste, smell, hearing, sight, and touch). Learn how to cleanse and take care of these sensory organs so that your body, mind, and spirit can process them easily and effectively.

  • Other Modalities
Therapies that focus on subtle energies can help heal and balance your Self (big 'S') include:

    • Meditation

    • Mantra, Sound, & Self Affirmation

    • Color Therapy

    • Aroma Therapy
